OMG! I'm over the moon excited for this beauty. If you follow Jake or me on social media, you know that our family has been growing food for our community in vertical, aeroponic gardens for 7 years. Some of our customers have taken the original units indoors and attached lights to them but last week, they just unveiled a version actually designed for inside! They're smaller, sleeker and more beautiful! Eek! I'm so excited I can't stand it! Isn't it beautiful? It can ...be set up as a micro green garden, an herb garden, a smoothie garden, a chefs garden, a salad garden or anything I choose. How cool is this? See more
Hi guys! Jake and I are going live right here with our first episode of our gardening series. Hope you join us. We're going to be talking tomatoes, today! And even though we grow aeroponically, these tips apply to all types of gardening. See you soon!
Next weekend is the Summer Solstice Festival in SB !! The Saturday State Street PARADE is most fun and awesome. And CHAPALA GARDENS has openings: Unit-1 is our larger. Reserve now for the weekend!!... TEXT Sandy at 916-705-7847
We had an elderly couple arrive for a prolonged stay at Chapala Gardens and in the middle of the night. the gentleman found himself incapacitated and the poor couple had to head back to Canada after only using a few days of their intended month long vacation... Which leads me to the point of this whole post! Sandy Campbell would like to return some of their funds and so is offering that unit at a deeply discounted price from now until Feb. 20th. If you know someone who could benefit from this couple's calamity, please PM me and I will connect you with Sandy. (don't message him...I don't think he knows how to use messenger) you can check out unit 3 at https://www.chapalagardens.com Thanks for reading and sharing.
As I head out for my final long run before next week's St. Jude 1/2 marathon, I'm procrastinating by reminiscing about this St. Jude event that I dragged my sis into. She was such a good sport: fundraising, training and making the trip out to Memphis with me... and the race was cancelled due to extreme weather conditions.... We were SO disappointed but we ran the course anyway...well, we DID finish the last 3 miles on the treadmill at the hotel... but...we felt that we owed it to the people who sponsored us, to all the families that St. Jude helps and to ourselves. It was so cold and every time we took off our gloves to check the maps on our phones, we got even colder but in the end, we were proud of ourselves and so satisfied. This memory is a lesson to me every time I want to quit something I've committed to: a personal change goal, a side-hustle project, really, ANYTHING I've told myself I would do. Thank you to all of you who are my partners in all my projects and especially as I head out for this last long run, to all my friends who sponsored or are joining me in Memphis next weekend. Here I go! https://s.ripl.com/93g3dg
https://youtu.be/Hsx-JpqYQDQ Happy Week of Thanksgiving! This recipe is still one of my favorites at this time of year, whether as a side dish for the "big meal" or as a lovely meal in the days before. So much goodness AND deliciousness! ... If you're staying at Chapala Gardens during the holidays, our kitchen is great for making holiday dishes like this! Enjoy and Share!

OMG...this is SO me!! I have this vision of how I'm going to be, look, do when I travel but the pic on the right is usually what it ends up being! Now, I know that there are women... out there who pull this whole thing off, because I SEE them! And then I think "what's wrong with me?" I'm literally laughing at myself right now and also trying to tell myself that it's ok to be human, but, seriously... how does the left side even happen? See more

OMG! Literally just got home from an epic 17 day trip of business, family & friends! I love that we have the time freedom, financial freedom AND stamina to pull off this kind of multi-city, multi-faceted travel. So many of the things that we did were HUGE for creating relationships on all fronts AND we had so much fun...every step of the way. Travel can be a real game changer, on so many fronts. To all of you whose paths crossed ours along the way: It was WONDERFUL to see you... and share your company however briefly... #PSQ #SeattleSummit2018 #Boston #Weddings #Familyfriendsandbiz See more
