There are a lot of scams out there, if someone calls that you do not know and asks for your PIN, SSN, credit card number, bank account number and you did not initiate the call, hang up, it's most likely a scam

I can't stress this enough, you still need to pay your rent! Even though your landlord may not be able to start eviction proceedings due to an Eviction Moratorium, you are still going to have to pay the back rent due when this is all over (what that means, on top of the current rent due for the month, now you're going to owe back rent). If you have the means to pay your rent, PAY YOUR RENT! Your landlord needs to pay their bills too.
