A message from CGK's President; Hello, everyone. Based on responses I have received from friends who are medical professionals we are going to make a series of orders to have FFP2 (94%) respirators manufactured so that we may donate them to the professionals in need. N95 (95%) units are extremely difficult to come by right now, and we know people are working with masks that are days or weeks old, or no mask at all! We also decided to open up a campaign for anyone who wishes t...o help support this idea. Each mask costs about $3.50. We will make our first order this Friday (4/10), it takes a little over a week to receive them. Based upon responses we will make subsequent orders on 4/17 and 4/24. Lots of information that may not be covered, contact me for any questions. We will also make shipment to the Bay Area and NY. Meet the team at CGK Consulting Maseeh Siddiqui - Mechanical Designer Maseeh attended San Diego State University and received his degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2016. He has worked in the industry since graduation; specializing in HVAC design for science and technology centers. Maseeh joined the CGK family in January 2018. Meet the Team at CGK Consulting Jordan Poniachik - Mechanical Designer Jordan Graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2017 then moved to San Diego to join CGK in the summer of 2017. Jordan specializes in HVAC and Plumbing design for new commercial construction, as well as tenant improvement construction. Jordan spends most of his free time with his friends and fiancee, he can be found either playing video games, messing around on the guitar, or playing paintball.

Meet the Team at CGK Consulting- Bernie Garcia- Mechanical Designer Bernie graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2015. He joined CGK in the summer of 2016 and specializes in plumbing design. In Bernie's free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking and gardening.

Meet the team at CGK Consulting Joe Damaso- CAD/BIM Manager Joe specializes in computer technologies, CAD, BIM, graphics and 3D modeling. Joe completed his degree in drafting & design technology. He excels with over 15 years of AutoCAD experience and over 5 years in Revit in multiple disciplines in the construction industries ranging from architectural, civil, acoustics, audio visual, mechanical and plumbing. In his free time, you’ll find Joe Cycling or mountain biking around San Diego.

Meet the team at CGK Consulting Scott Newton, our Sr. Plumbing Engineer has been in the plumbing/mechanical industry for over 25 years. He graduated in 1992 from ITT Technical institute with highest honors, and joined the American Society of Plumbing Engineers in 1995, where he worked his way up the board of directors for the local San Diego chapter, passing the CIPE/CPD plumbing exam in 2002 and becoming chapter president from 2007-2009. He has received numerous awards fo...r his tenure, including the Region 4 Directors Award of Merit and the San Diego Chapter President Award of Merit. Some of his other accomplishments over the years include completing all three San Diego County ROP semesters for plumbing competency, receiving his Journeyman’s license from PHCC in 2001, and also passing the IAPMO Green Plumbing program in 2011. In his free time he enjoys trips to Disneyland and watching the San Diego Gulls Hockey team. He has been married to his wonderful wife Holly for 21 years, and for some reason she keeps putting up with him! Meet the Team at CGK Consulting Joshua spent several years working as a process and mechanical reliability engineer as well as a commissioning engineer on a brand new Portland cement plant in Florida. In 2010, he returned to his Chemical Engineering Alma mater, Arizona State University, to pursue a Masters of Science in Construction Management. Subsequently, Joshua worked for Jacobs Engineering as a process engineer designing a new mineral process plant located in Morenci, AZ.

Meet the Team at CGK Consulting Seth Kahle- Vice President A chemical engineer from the University of Michigan, Seth left the cement manufacturer to go work in ...the Midwest at The Dow Chemical Company, which would later become Americas Styrenics, a joint venture between Dow and Chevron Phillips Chemicals. During this time, Seth was a manufacturing capital projects engineer, and was heavily exposed to industrial process control, instrumentation, and electrical systems. While working in the Chicagoland area, Seth returned to school for Bachelors of Science in Technical Project Management with a specialty in Computer Information Systems. See more

Meet the Team at CGK Consulting Michael Carlomagno- President A Mechanical Engineer from California State University, Chico, moved to San Diego to work and develop skills as a mechanical engineer and project manager for commercial, pharmaceutical, life science, and light industrial construction projects. In 2011, Michael received his Professional Engineer’s license from the State of California, and continued to work in the San Diego area.
