Cancer Massacre details & teams.... - 3 workouts this week (mon, tues, wed) - Workouts will be completed individually and scores will be combined with your partner - All 3 workouts must be completed by Thursday... For the teams, we have separated all teams into divisions based on the workouts and weights that you will be asked to perform this week. - The beginner division will compete for a prize for just the 3 workouts, and will not do a semi-final or final. - Top 4 teams (after the 3 workouts) from the intermediate division will advance to semi-final (Friday Night). - Top 5 teams from advanced division will advance to semi-finals (Friday Night). FRIDAY NIGHT MASSACRE SEMI-FINAL & FINAL DETAILS: *Start Time: 5:30pm - The top teams that advance from the intermediate (4 teams) and advanced division (5 teams) will compete in a semi-final WOD. - The TOP 2 teams from each division will then advance to a FINAL! - There will be a winning team for each division!!! There will be food, raffle, prizes, photobooth and more so it will be a fun event and we encourage all participants, members, and family to come join!

If you want to contribute to the fundraiser we will have shirts for sale on Monday that you can purchase. All profits will go to the Moreno family and cancer awareness. We will also have a donation sheet out next week for anyone that just wants to donate.
