God gave me a passion to teach about the Bible, and to train the next generation of doctors in my job as a pediatrician at Loma Linda University. Meet the Leader! Hello my name is Linda. I started attending both Centerpoint and Yams about a year and a half ago. I started co-leading the all women’s group late in 2020. I have previous experience leading a youth program at another church. Some of my favorite pastimes are reading, watching movies, and dabbling in art. Some art I have tried are pour paintings, oil painting, sculpture and drawing. I am currently in a Masters of Education/Credential program. Hey, my name is Jeff! I've attended Centerpoint Church since 2012, started coming to YAMS in 2015, when it was Impact and Elevate (me being part of Impact), served in the children's ministry from 2015-2019, and started serving as a small group leader for one of the all-men groups at YAMS in 2020. I also started serving in the youth ministry at Sandals Church in late 2020. I graduated from Cal Baptist in 2018 with my Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and New Media, however, ...my aspiration is to teach. I'm a huge sports fan (Dodgers, Raiders, Lakers, sometimes LA Kings, sometimes Mexico futbol, and sometimes college basketball), music fan (love all genres of music, both English and Spanish), and a Star Wars and Marvel nerd . I also love food (pizza, burgers, and tacos are my favorites). I love to dance at parties (particularly cumbias), and taking adventures in the great outdoors (mostly the beach and mountains).
