Happy Holidays from the Wheelburners! Since the Hosefest Match is the day after Christmas, we are going to cancel so you can enjoy the time with family. We are going to run our regularly scheduled ICORE Revolver Match next Saturday (12-19-2020) and we want to invite Hosefest shooters to join us. We’re going to create a hybrid match, ICORE & Hosefest, so all the bottom feeder guns are welcome. The stages are from the World Revolver Championships. Some of our... regulars will be out of town, so we are asking for help with setup Saturday morning. Please note CTA has a new gate that isn’t opened until 7:30. It's time for the regular third Saturday California Wheel Burners monthly ICORE Revolver Match at our ranges in Piru. We will be running the ICORE postal match for most likely the last time of this year this Saturday! Please come out and complete with the rest of the world and see how good you actually are. All the stages are available to vew on the website at ICORE.ORG. This match is open to all gun types and all skill levels from grand master to first ti...me shooters are welcome. But.. only ICORE members shooting revolvers will be submitted for the postal match so check your membership status, you must be current. If you are sick, please stay home! We will be in squads of less then 6 in order to keep the government happy. If you wish to wear a mask feel free, they will not be required while shooting. The weather is looking good for this Saturday so come out and enjoy a day at the range with us. Remember to bring water and snacks to keep up your energy and stay hydrated. Some of our regular setup crew won't be available this weekend so if you would like to come out a little early to help with setup it would be greatly appreciated. Here is the information about our match, Our regular Third Saturday ICORE Revolver Match is open to all who wish to attend. Centerfire pistols PCC and rimfire guns are also welcome. There's a ton of introductory information on our New Shooter Info and Revolver Match Info pages on or website (cawheelburners.com ). Standard start of 9:00 AM and shooters meeting time of 8:45AM. Sign-up is around 8:15 AM. Number of rounds needed if you don't take any extras will be in the vicinity of 180. I'd bring some extra if you miss like most of us do from time to time.
