My favorite part of escrow is working with the clients and building long term relationships with them. What is Escrow? Eagle Peak Escrow is a contract service company whose principal role is to act as a third party between a buyer and a seller. Escrow acts as an impartial party in collecting payments, amortizing, making disbursements, holding original documents and following the exact terms of the contract between the two parties. We draw up escrow Instructions based off a contract that have been agreed to by all parties. Once all terms and conditions of the written instructions have been met, and all terms and conditions are satisfied, the escrow is closed, and the transfer of property and/or money is fulfilled.
