Since 1986 Casa Lucaz #3 Produce and Meat Market has been an icon of the San Francisco Excelsior District by offering the cheapest and freshest produce and meat around. It is no surprise that Mr. Humberto (owner) was requested to make a key appearance in a commercial which aired in Bay Area Spanish and English speaking channels during the 2016 SF County elections (see YouTube).
