@shayasaka attention to form and detail and her slow, focused movements help her get the maximum result from every workout she does! After completing our teacher training (and having done this workout for over 5 years) she spent a few weeks teaching beginner friends how to do the workout properly and safely and everyone always left dripping in sweat

600 Classes! @nataliezakbrb has only been with us for two years, and completed so many classes AND our teacher training in that timespan! Her dedication and journey has been an inspiration to many at the studio. This milestone celebration started out of curiosity of wondering how many classes Nat has done, and when we looked into it was close to 600, so we wanted to surprise her.
