To produce 1500+ meals per week for our Seniors takes constant prepping and organization. I’ve gotten it down to a science now. We are as efficient as we’ve ever been. 2 months ago it took 5 employees to do the work. Today, it only takes 3. My 6-sigma and LEAN certifications are an asset to our business.
