Tomorrow we’ll be channeling our inner Hemingway by kicking off the poolside Supper Series with a true cocktail classic - the Hemingway Daiquiri aka The Papa Doble. Papa famously said this drink had no taste of alcohol and felt, as you drank them, the way downhill glacier skiing feels running through powder snow.
