Mondays here are saved for pool maintanence. Washing windows is not the most glamorous job, but its relaxing, easy to do, and takes me only about 45 minutes to do both inside and out. Here is a sneak peek at just another #maintanencematters

Reading this is very stressful and not sure if I should cringe, cry or scream. As a mother, I want to keep me and my family healthy and safe. How we have chosen to do that is my staying home as much as possible, wearing masks when going to run errands, and washing our hands frequently. I am also a caregiver for my elderly mother with COPD and CHF, and I will not enter her home without my mask, and she has hardly seen her grandkids. :( As a small business owner I am torn. Wh...ile the CDC has published statements that swimming pools are a safer place and the virus can be killed by chlorine, the worry is always there. I care about your child and your family. I wear a mask and/or faceshield to keep both you and me safer because I don't want to take ANY chances. In return, I ask that you please do the same for my family, as many guests have met them (and maybe bought a picture of two ;) ) Please wear your mask when walking on and off the property, in the event of client cross over. Please wear your mask inside the pool house if you'd like to observe lessons. This will be strictly enforced. If you cannot wear a mask for whatever reason, then you may observe lessons outside on one of three observation areas. As much as I HATE this, please understand this is my HOME, not just my business. If you have been on vacation, travelling, been around anyone that may be exposed, or just concerned about the increase in cases, I will happily pause your lessons for 14 days. As we nervously watch as Covid 19 cases sharply rise in San Diego, my family respectfully requests that all guests follow the following safety and prevention measures: *All guests must wear a mask on the premises, including the pool house if observing lessons. Seating has been arranged outside the pool house as well for your convenience. *Masks are required to enter the home for restroom use. My own kids are well past the toddlers stage, and working with this little adorable nugget just made me miss these years. The language development, the advancement of motor skills, the emotional maturation. I LOVE teaching toddlers. I love working with parents to help their littles learn to love the water.
