Oatmeal flour Chocolate Chip Cookies Dry ingredients 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 1/2 cup oatmeal flour... 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 cup coconut sugar Pinch salt Wet ingredients 1 stick butter 3 tbsp almond butter 1/4 cup agave necter 1 tbsp good vanilla 2 eggs 1/4 cup almond milk 1 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips. 60% Start by mixing butters and sugar. Toss eggs, vanilla, necter and milk next. Mix together all dry ingredients. Add slowly to the wet mixture and incorperate well. Finally add the chips.. slong onto a baking sheet, preheat oven to 375 and bake 12-15 mins

Captains Apple Carrot Spiced Cake Ingredients Wet:... 2 eggs 1/2 cup canola oil/avocado oil/ or personal preference 1/4 cup agave nectar 2/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla Dry: 1 cup flour 1/2 cup coconut flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp pumpkin spice 1/2 tsp salt Other: 2 1/2 medium carrots finely shredded peeled first 1 medium apple shredded peeled first Peel apple and carrots and shred using a grater or food processor. Saute in a pan for 5mins to remove moisture and set aside. Next add all wet ingredients into a mixing bowl and thoroughly mix with electric mixer for 3-4 minutes until well incorporated. Mix dry ingredients and slowly add to wet ingredients. Mix lightly enough to incorporate all ingredients try not to over mix. Lastly add the carrot apple mixture and blend in. Set oven to 350 degrees. Pour mixture into a 6x9 pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Check with a toothpick to ensure cooked all the way through.

Beer Batter Recipe 1 Bottle of Lager buy a good bottle! COLD 2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 C. Cornstarch... 1 T. Baking Powder 2 Tsp Kosher Salt 1 Tsp Pepper 1 T. Creole Seasoning 1 T. Flavor god lemon & herb seasoning 1 T. Sweet & Spicy Paprika 1 Tsp Garlic Salt Follow Me - Take all dry ingredients and place in a large mixing bowl. whisk until fully blended. Take the Ice cold bottle of beer and slowly pour in while mixing together. The batter should be the consistency of pancake batter. You can add more or less beer to the consistency you desire. Use for chicken or beef or shrimp or veggies!!!!! I use 1 cup of blended soy/seasame oil along with vegetable oil when i deep fry for a little more flavor.

Been awhile since i posted a solid recipe!!! Wait no further and prepare for legendary food!!!!!! I have received many compliments and wow's from the list below... ENJOY! Avocado dressing cup evoo... cup apple cider vinegar 1 to large avocados cup greek yogurt plain cup cilantro cup hazelnuts 8 garlic cloves lemons juice Salt / Pepper to taste Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy. Avocado Garlic Bread 3 tablespoons avocado dressing cup butter softened 3 minced garlic cloves 2 tbsps evoo 1 tbsp lemon garlic seasoning flavor god 1 tbsp garlic salt 1 tbsp sweet and spicy paprika Cut bread in half and set aside. Take the oil and garlic and place in a microwavable bowl and heat for 20-30seconds. Mix in remaining ingredients. Spread over the bread and bake at 375 for 15minutes and serve! Captains Stuffed Loaf of Legend 1/2 loaf sourdough bread cup avocado dressing 3 minced cloves garlic 3 tbsp butter cup mozzarella cup sharp shredded cheese provalone cup cooked tri tip cup cooked bacon 1 tbsp garlic salt 1 tbsp paprika 1 tbsp lemon herb seasoning In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients and set aside. Remove some of the bread from the middle of the loaf and then stuff with the ingredients. Work that loaf and stuff it good. Bake for 25-30mins at 350 and serve! Or refrigerate overnight and cut into slices and bake or microwave.

I received lots of Interest in a Meal Prepped Lunch and I'm going to give it a go this coming Saturday. I am still reaching out to people regarding who i will be able to provide meals for. I will supply Bento Boxes for the lunch meals and i will also seal the lunches with a food saver to help preserve freshness. I do ask that you keep your Bento boxes. These are dishwasher, freezer, microwavable safe and reusable. The meals will consist of low carb and low protein dishes. I... will provide around 5 ounces of meat and 6 to 7 ounces of sides. These meals are meant to be under 600 calories my goal is to be under for each meal. I will be making 50 dishes between Saturday and Sunday and my goal is to be finished by 4/10 at 8:00pm if not sooner to allow for possible delivery/pickup of food. That being said!
