For more than 30 years, Great Strides the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s largest national fundraising event has supported the Foundation’s mission to cure #cysticfibrosis, a rare, genetic disease that has robbed people of tomorrows, progressively limiting their ability to breathe and tragically shortening life. Great Strides Sacramento usually hosts their Walk For A Cure in May during CF awareness month, but due to COVID-19, this event has been postponed until August. Learn more about Great Strides Sacramento Chapter by clicking the link below, and sign up to participate in August to help make CF stand for Cure Found! https://fightcf.cff.org//GreatS/109_Sacramento_Sacramento
