Thursday Deovtional: The 8th Commandment

This short passage reveals to us Jesus the Advocate, Jesus the Righteous, and Jesus the Propitiation. It is the work of propitiation that is the most difficult for us to struggle with today. The level of trust and commitment between the Father and the Son is beyond comprehension which even the angels long to look into.

Tuesday Devotional 7th Commandment

The Blessing or Benediction is the end of the Christian Worship Service. God, out of his love for his children, sends us into the week filled with his blessing. This is meant to fill the Christian with the confidence that the presence of God is not only found in the worship experience but day by day as we live lives giving him glory. This Sunday we will be looking at a benediction found in Numbers 6:22-27. It is known as the Priestly Blessing benediction and it is just as powerful today as it was when Aaron prayed over the people of Israel thousands of years ago.
