Shell-ter in Place! Please join our Carmel community in the Shell-ter in place solidarity movement by decorating and displaying shell(s) in front of your wi...ndows. Thank you Visit Carmel and Carmel public Library for collaborating and launching a positive campaign to focus on during this challenging time for our community. The idea originated from a mural contest, with winner Marie-Clare Gorham, that's been postponed. The mural will be published in the future and will make its appearance on the side of the Paloma Furnishing building wall, located on Mission and 6th. "Everyone can be a participant; you don't need to be an artist; you don't (have to) feel comfortable with a pen and pencil; anyone can sketch that out and put it in their window.
