Hi just wanted to say something about Dr. McCombs's plan. I have done Dr. McCombs's program about three times. What is different about this time I am working out and doing hot yoga. I have noticed hot yoga. I am sweating 3x more than before; my mat is 3x wetter than before, I sweat in yoga, but this time is different. I am not that thirsty, significant other I need to pour water over my body to cool my body down. I have been doing yoga for about 4yr, and I can tell the difference in how much I am sweating. I also notice my inflammation is much less than before. Before starting the plan, I can feel my inflammation, but now, since doing the program, I don't feel the inflammation.

The accepted approach is to just prescribe cholesterol-lowering medications, even though extensive reviews show that they aren't effective enough to justify their use. This scenario is played out time and time again by medical doctors. SSRIs for depression? Their use is based on a theory, yet they are constantly prescribed and they haven't been proven to be helpful in the long run, only adding to the issues. I used to have a book on chemicals that stated that Titanium dioxide was problematic at any level. The book actually said carcinogenic at any level. It is used to add white, or whiten, many things such as tennis shoes, medications, paints, floor coverings, roofing materials, toothpastes, soaps, and even supplements. That book was lost during one of moves over the years. Every time I see it in supplements, I try to find something better. Over the years, the information on i...ts toxicity was buried by chemical companies and its use increased. Nano-sized titanium dioxide was used in sunscreen lotions, but quickly removed a couple of decades ago, as this form goes directly into the cells through pores that are much larger in size. Below is a new study linking its use to changes in bacterial flora of the body and adverse health effects. What’s very alarming about its use in foods is that it is in the nanometer size once again. As noted in the study, it’s use could have a multi-generational effect - "I think our results have a lot of implications in the food industry and on human health and nutrition," says lead author Hang Xiao, professor and Clydesdale Scholar of Food Science. "The study confirmed a strong linkage between foodborne titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2 NPs) and adverse health effects."
