A #GrayDivorce has issues that need to be resolved differently than in #divorces for younger couples. Since there are generally no minor #children, the main issue the couple faces is division of #assets.

There are many benefits to a #CollaborativeDivorce particularly when compared to the traditional litigated #divorce. Privacy and confidentially are examples of how collaboration is in the best interest of the couple and of their children.

When preparing for a #divorce spouses can say things that make it seem like the sky is falling. All spouses experience some level of fear and uncertainty in divorce. Although those feelings might drive people to make some scary claims, they are usually just exaggerated and incorrect. I call these claims: ‘#FakeNews: The Divorce Edition.’

You may worry that your #ex will become spiteful or resentful. This isn’t uncommon in bitter contested #divorce. It is especially a problem, if that resentment results in anger-driven decisions to hurt you, specifically in a financial way.
