Today is Ms. Boyer’s birthday! Her 2nd grade students shared what they love about her: She plays fun games and is very funny, she takes the time to help me with all the subjects, and I like when Ms. Boyer uses SPARKLE to teach us spelling. We’re only 2 weeks away from kicking off our Warrior Dance-A-Thon program on November 6th, with the BIG Dance-A-Thon Event on November 20th. Our goal is to raise $30,000 for school building improvements (like new cubbies in classrooms and striping in the parking lot). We’re excited to see our school come together in this fundraising program that will give us an extra boost of energy and much needed funds, too! DANCE-A-THON Believe it or not, our school fundraiser is just around the corner! This year, we have a fun, safe way for our students to participate in the fundraiser. We will be doing a Warrior Dance-a-thon! Every year, we strive to get our students a free t-shirt to wear on the day of the event to show their school spirit. In order to provide these t-shirts, we ask for sponsorships from local businesses. Local businesses can chose from a variety of packages that allow them to have their logo printed on the back of the t-shirts and/or on a banner that hangs right outside our school.
