2020 has been a little rough to say the least! This Holiday Season the Calistoga Police Officers Association will be trying to spread a little extra holiday cheer!

There will be two community briefings this evening hosted by the County and CalFire on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/NapaCounty. English is at 7AM and Spanish at 8PM. Both briefings will be recorded and posted on countyofnapa.org, here before midnight tonight so residents who are unable to watch the briefings live can access the information. Hennessey Fire in Napa County now covers about 288,000 acres. Weather Update: Red Flag Warning issued until Tue., 8/25/2020, with temperatures to be around 90 degrees today and in the upper 80’s over the next several days. County Fire/CalFire reporting 17% containment of the LNU Complex Fire; efforts and resources are continuing to protect properties throughout the LNU Lightning Complex areas and closely monitoring weather impacts on the incident for the current Red Flag Warning. As it is safe to do so, damage assessment teams will begin their work to identify impacted structures. Air quality continues to be very poor. Stay inside as much as possible. All the best, stay safe and stay aware. Tonight will be another tricky one with predicted thunderstorms!
