Also included, anatomy, alignment protocols, oppositional energy/effort, tactile cues, common mistakes, regressions, progressions, modifications for the most common pathologies + smart, fun & challenging variations. And maybe the most important -- inclusive, critical thinking, supportive community of like-minded teachers, hosts, and students. We believe in the power of movement, in the method of Contrology / Pilates and in each other. And we have to mention - we allow students to audit modules FOR LIFE, forever, for free. We also only work with host studios who invite and allow all students to observe and practice for free. A few of my girlfriends had been to her throughout their pregnancies and had great things to say about her and how much their sessions helped prepare them for labor and delivery.
