The free COVID-19 Vaccination Center at Cal State LA is opening on February 16 and will operate seven days a week, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Vaccinations are by appointment only. Those seeking a vaccination may make an appointment in the coming days through the state’s MyTurn.ca.gov scheduling system or by calling (833) 422-4255. The center has the capacity to vaccinate 6,000 people each day and will follow the tiered distribution system mandated by the state of California.... The center will be operated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the state of California through the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services.
