All responses are anonymous and confidential. Survey will take you less than 5 minutes to complete. In addition to the County of Orange's threshold languages, we are very proud to inform our Cambodian community that the survey is also available in Khmer (Cambodian). I want to vote in this election because I want to ensure that my voice, as part of the Cambodian community, is heard, Heng Kem said. Voting is not just a privilege. What's even more impressive is that many of them are first time voters. Even though they may have been citizens for years, voter resources in Khmer (Cambodian) are so scarce - that's why our agency provides in-language civics classes and voter education workshops. Voting is not just a right - it's a duty, and a duty that we have taken very seriously for decades.
