START OF THE 10TH SEASON: Today marks the 10/Year Angel-versary marking the first Marine death of 25 from the US Marine Corps 3rd Battalion/5th Marines that occ...urred during Operation Enduring Freedom 10.2. My son was part of this battalion for six years. After Lance Corporal Sparks death along with the terrible nature of the deployment that occurred the next seven months after. The episodes that occurred during this deployment helped to change the direction of many lives including my own. I write about in my book Honor Coach if you care to know more. Looking back, I still get emotional feeling the pain and heartache for the families and friends that were impacted by this deployment. Many of the men, women and families that suffered through this deployment still hurt and will hurt the rest of their lives. PTS is real and we must always to continue to pray and most of all listen. Please remember them during this season and NEVER FORGET!! ~Coach #honorcoach See more
