Owners of certain 2017 to 2019 Chevrolet Bolts are learning of a potential fire risk to their vehicles and now being asked to park them outside and away from their homes. Indeed, due to a fire risk, select Chevrolet Bolt vehicles will need to be repaired before their owners can park them in the garage or near any structure. General Motors issued a recall of 50,932 Chevrolet Bolt vehicles after it confirmed several unattended fires. The problem stems from the high-voltage battery pack underneath the back seat’s bottom cushion.
