The 7th Annual Chili’s Association Wide Fundraiser for 2021 is a go! Be sure to mark your calendars and we’ll have more sharable information soon! Tuesday, January 12, 2021 10:00 a.m.-9:30 p.m. ... Good at all Chili's in California and Oahu, Hawaii. Hopefully the shutdown will be over by then, but if not, there is always the pick-up option. 8/3 Update: We've updated the list of lodges and sorted them alphabetically to make it easier to identify if your lodge is currently included. We do have 1 ER who sent their picture with no lodge and we haven't heard back from them. Without this information we can't use the image or give the lodge credit which is why that is so important in the SUBJECT line. Will your ER be included??? DEADLINE is TOMORROW - FRIDAY 7/17 Dear Districts and Lodges PLEASE READ! ... We know that it’s been hard and we appreciate everything you have been doing to keep your members motivated and involved! We also acknowledge that it’s been a challenge since a few of our hard working members MISSED the recognition they would receive at our Association Convention this past May. We’re referring to our new Exalted Rulers who would have marched across the stage presenting their donations to our Major Project. We realized we could do something along the lines of the High Schools and College graduations SOOOOO (Details are important here) If you would like your Exalted Ruler and Lodge to be represented in the video do the following: 1). Send a JPG of your ER (preferably in a Blue Coat UPDATE!! they may not have a received their’s yet so if they can borrow one from a PER or just a nice jacket :-)) WITH Their name, Lodge AND Lodge Number to - [email protected] (no print submissions) 2). NO LATER THAN July 17, 2020 . 3). As an added plus, if you would like - you may also include a picture of your lodge but it MUST be received with the picture of your ER. 4). Only the first submission will be included so please do not send duplicates, they will be deleted. 5). Suggestion To ensure the picture you WANT is submitted, decide who is going to send it so it isn’t a random submission. Once the video is completed we plan to share it here
