How could I ever teach my daughter right from wrong when you think about what I have done? When you think about those kinds of questions, that’s very different than how PTSD is described and how it is diagnosed. Powerful words from two-time combat veteran David Fisher, a member of American Legion Post 25, Cottonwood, AZ, and the founder of Moral Injury Institute. Learn more in this week's episode. On this day in 2004, I Marine Expeditionary Force began Operation al-Fajr, also known as Operation Phantom Fury, the second battle for Fallujah. The battle spanned Nov. 7, 2004, to Dec. 24, 2004, and is considered the bloodiest of the Iraq War. It is also considered the biggest battle since the Battle of Hue City in Vietnam. Today we honor the service members who lost their lives during the battle and all of those who served. ... Semper Fidelis.
