We regret to announce that we will be permanently closing our Santee location and moving the play equipment to a new location in Phoenix, AZ. It has been an amazing six and a half years in Santee! We are so thankful to our employees, community partners, and the guests who entered our doors over the years. This first Uptown Jungle location has led to us expanding to eight locations in three states. Due to the recent pandemic, a rising median age in east county, and a more bus...iness-friendly environment in Arizona, we will be continuing the Uptown Jungle fun in Phoenix. Before we go, we would like to invite you to come and play with us one last time this Thursday, October 29th and Friday, October 30th. Capacity will be kept under 50%, masks are mandated, and social distancing will be promoted. CLOSURE UPDATE: We will be forced to close until further notice. It has been a difficult time to navigate through as a small business. We took extra time and communicated closely with the county before reopening last month to make sure we were allowed to reopen. Unfortunately the county has now told us we have to close despite making numerous changes to abide by the state provided guidelines. The situation is unfortunate, but we remain hopeful that we will see you and your families again in the near future. Please follow us on Facebook or Instagram for updates. We've received quite a few questions about face masks so we wanted to give you a little update: Similar to gyms, we are requiring guests to wear face masks as dictated by local leaders; however, wearing masks is not required during playtime, as wearing a mask while exercising can be considered dangerous. Our increased measures of cleaning and disinfecting will continue. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as some areas of the park will be closed periodically for cleaning. Thank you!

We are excited to announce that we will be reopening this Tuesday, June 23rd! We are committed and working hard to offer a "cleaner than ever" play experience for you, your family, and friends. To help achieve that commitment, here's what we are doing at our park: We are keeping capacity at less than 50% to improve social distancing.... We are using advanced technology to disinfect the park and keep it cleaner than ever before. We are providing more hand sanitizing stations. We are requiring that all employees wear masks and gloves. We are requiring guests to wear masks to keep you and other visitors safe and healthy. We will provide exclusive 2-hour play sessions to limit social interactions to a smaller number of guests. We will be closed for cleaning for one hour between each play session. We are providing new party package options to offer parties for smaller groups. We are closing some areas of the park until further notice. We are offering an online pre-booking option to enable a contactless check-in experience. We are deeply saddened by the effects that COVID-19 has had on our nation and world and we are determined to do what it takes to limit its effects and look out for the safety of our employees and guests. We take great consideration of what officials and leaders share to guide us in getting through this uncertainty. We are so very thankful for our responsible employees who have worked tirelessly to keep our parks clean and sanitized. With great regret, we have decided to close... all Uptown Jungle Fun Parks as of Tuesday, March 17th. We will be staying closed for at least 14 days until further notice. We look with great excitement to reopen soon so we can continue to wear kids out and put more smiles on faces. We hope to postpone or rebook any events or parties booked with us, but understand if that’s not feasible, we are completely flexible with moving or refunding deposits of future events and parties. Our Event Coordinators are hard at work rebooking and refunding. If we are unable to get back to you right away, we will do so soon. We are grateful for all our amazing guests who have visited Uptown Jungle over the past 6 years. Safety and cleanliness have always been a top priority at Uptown Jungle. We strive to be the cleanest park in town. Since opening we have always implemented several cleaning routines throughout each day, and a deep cleaning routine during closed hours. We are a proud partner of WAXIE Sanitary Supplies who are always at the cutting edge of providing the best sanitary supplies tha...t are safe for children. As we stay updated on the daily developments of the 2019 Coronavirus, we wanted to share some efforts that we are implementing to continue to enhance safety and cleanliness during this time: - We will continue all cleaning routines and nightly deep cleaning routines. - We will continue to have a cleaner first mentality for all staff members. - All play equipment will be disinfected several times throughout the day. Some areas will be closed periodically throughout the day as deeper cleaning occurs. - Uptown Jungle locations with ball play areas will have a reduced number of balls available for play, will be changed out several times throughout the day, and will be disinfected. - Cleaning frequency will increase according to the number of people in the park. - We will adhere to guidance from government officials regarding maximum capacity. We will keep you updated as other precautions or changes are made. Safety and cleanliness will continue to be our top priorities as we continue to create smiles and fun times for you and your family.
