Calaveras Public Utility District 30.03.2021

Due to an emergency repair, water will be off for approximately 7 hours starting immediately on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 for the areas of Burns Rd, Vista Verde Dr, Rapetti Rd, Edna Dr, Golden Gate Dr, and Golden Gate Ct. When water service is restored, a boil water advisory will be in effect. We will inform you when tests show that water is safe to drink and you no longer need to boil your water. CANCELLATION OF BOIL WATER NOTICE - CPUD in conjunction with the State Water Resources Control Board, and/or Calaveras County Public Health, has determined that, through abatement of the health hazard and comprehensive testing of the water, your water is safe to drink. *UPDATE AT 2:30PM* Water service has been restored to all effected customers. As a precaution, the Boil Water Advisory remains in effect even if you continued to have water service. We will inform you by door tag when tests show that water is safe to drink and you no longer need to boil your water. We anticipate resolving the problem by Friday, May 29, 2020. *UPDATE at 10:20am* The emergency repair has been made and the crew will continue to charge and flush the water line...s. Water service should be restored by 3pm today. *UPDATE at 8:30am* Due to pipeline repairs, water service for the township of Mokelumne Hill will be off for approximately 8 hours starting at 7:00am on Wednesday, May 27, 2020. When water service is restored, the Boil Water Advisory will become effective. Due to the emergency water repair and outage, on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water, the Calaveras County Public Health Department, and the Calaveras Public Utility District are advising ALL residents of Mokelumne Hill to only use boiled tap water or bottled water for drinking and cooking purposes as a safety precaution to avoid stomach or intestinal illness starting on Wednesday, May 27, 2020. We will inform you when tests show that water is safe to drink and you no longer need to boil your water. We anticipate resolving the problem by Friday, May 29, 2020.
