#PHISPOTLIGHT on the lovely Shaady Alavi! Shaady graduated from Cal in 2019 with a degree in Political Science and a Human Rights minor. After graduation, she moved to Madrid, Spain for 8 months to teach English at an elementary school where she also developed a special needs program! With the onset of the pandemic, Shaady came home and continued to teach her students online while she also studied for the LSAT. She just finished applying to law schools for Fall 2021. At Cal, she worked in the Berkeley Law Human Rights Lab and wants to get a law degree to continue fighting human rights violations. She currently works as an executive assistant for the CEO of a tutoring company. We love and miss you so much Shaady! #CalAlphaPhi
