Register as a Candidate for the BVSA Board! Two Year Terms July 2021-June 2023 This year there are two open seats.... The BVSA Board of Directors election is approaching fast. Election Day is June 12, 2021. If you are interested in serving as a BVSA Board Member, you must register no later than April 2, 2021 at 4:00 PM. You can register as a candidate on line by going to the HOA Elections of California website at: www.MyHoaVote.com From the HOA Elections of California home page, then make the selection of Bear Valley Springs. You must be registered by 4pm on April 2, 2021. If you have any questions regarding the registration process or any other general questions about becoming a candidate, please contact the Board Secretary, Anita Bauer at 821-5537, ext. 231.

Garage/yard sale dates may be changed or canceled at the discretion of the member. Garage/yard sale permits are available at the BVSA office for $50(cash or 2-$25 checks) with $25 refunded upon return of the signs. Submittal forms must be received a full week in advance. Please follow safety protocols and practice social distancing.
