Happy Transformation Tuesday! Today’s transformation comes from our very own trainer Kayla! Honestly, before Burn Oceanside I was feeling lonely and craving community, but I was scared. I was scared to leave the house with my new baby, scared to be compared to other trainers because I wasn’t in the peak shape I had been before I had gotten pregnant. In April, I started as a member at Burn Oceanside and from Day 1 I felt completely comfortable and after becoming a traine...r here I have my drive and energy back. The community, the staff, and FP’s have shown me unwavering support and encouragement. Now after 5.5 months, I’m currently down 20lbs, 15 inches and I’ve gained my confidence and a second family. My daughter Charlotte walks in the door and goes right to childwatch and I can see my fears in regards to her were unfounded. Over the years I have attended and worked at many gyms but nothing compares to Burn. Burn has made me a better Mom, wife, friend, and trainer. If it wasn’t for Burn Oside I wouldn’t be the person I am now. I get asked all the time How do you have energy like you do?
