Burch Gives Back! It is so important to us to contribute to the community in which we live and through the hardships we have faced this past year, it is even more important to us. Last Saturday, part of our wonderful team-Norma Hallmark, Gavin Harrell and Katie Fenner, PT rang the Salvation Army bell at SaveMart. Each year, Burch PT keeps a Salvation Army kettle at the front desk for staff and patients to make donations and Norma, our office manager rings the bell at a local... retailer. It has been a longtime tradition that owner, Bryan Burch gives to local charities and sponsors a scholarship at one of Redding's local high schools. We are so thankful for this wonderful community!

Happy Friday! This weeks dynamic warmup is the Knee Hug. -Important - stand straight up in good posture. -Lift your left knee up, grab it with both hands pulling it up and as close to your chest as possible. -Hold the position for a few seconds.... -Let go of your left knee, step forward and repeat this with the other knee as illustrated in the video. -Do this 15 to 20 times on each side.
