How does role-playing help in staff training? A great technique in staff training through Behavioral Skills Training (BST) is Rehearsal or Role-playing. With this technique, employees receiving said training can see how different situations might occur and try to attempt to understand their reactions. Some previous training needs to be provided for this, and the activity needs to be performed alongside other strategies to get the most out of it. But Role-playing represents an important part of the process. Another benefit of this activity done in groups is that everyone is able to see different perspectives, as people with different personalities can make the role-play. #stafftraining
