Come one come all to the appeals trial of cases 19sc01702 and 19sc00299. The judge decided that in the interest of saving time and money he will combine both trials into one date but still keep the cases separate and give 2 different judgments. The date is set for January 16 2020 at 9am at Carol Miller Justice Center in Sacramento in Department 84. Reliable Association and Angela West are also defendants in the cases.

2 small claims appeals are pending between Monica Washington and Brookfield HOA/ Angela West/ Reliable Association Management Inc. These appeals have a lot riding on them for the future of Brookfield. Both case numbers are 19sc00299 and 19sc01702. They will be held at Carol Miller Justice Center 301 Bicentennial Circle in Sacramento in Dept 88.

Tree Foundation delivered these trees to our HOA in December/January 2019 and the board never mentioned them in any meeting. These were baby trees needing to be planted and watered immediately and conssistently. These trees were free to us but were supposed to be taken care of under contract agreement with the foundation and the Board. Sadly these trees were never planted and never watered except for rain water and it is almosy June. This so called assistant onsite manager Ty...rone West in the video has allowed these trees tonsit in our pool unmaintained for months and allowed them to die. Here he is in the video. Tyrone West has repeatedly harrassed members, shouted at them and made threatening remarks and still he is allowed to work here. There is a secret reason why: his sister is Angela West, thhe owner of Reliable Association Mgmt, our current property management conlmpany. However we have no current contract with Reliable which is a civil code violation. See more

Trees damaging homeowners roofs that the HOA says it wont even pay to fix. The trees are the maintenance responsibility of the HOA amd the Board is supposed to make sure our properties are protected adnd maintained. One homeowner already paid about $700 to have her roof fixed due to damage from trees the HOA did not maintain.
