Hey everyone wanted to give you all a heads up that we will be closed this weekend July 4th-5th. In observance of our Nations Independence Day have a safe and fun weekend and see you back at the Academy on Monday!!!

We are back to business we do have a few changes to the schedule as we come back post quarantine. We also have a waiver that is up on our site that you can print off and fill our prior to coming in. Can’t wait to see everyone back at the Academy.

Sorry for the delay but as we all know things have not been able to operate as normal with the COVID19 affecting supply chains all over but @halfsumo_collective has let us know they will start shipping off the rash guards next week so be on the look out

We are super excited to announce that we will be back in action starting next Monday June 15, 2020. We are currently making up the new schedule and getting the Academy ready for the reopening. We will update everyone via our social media outlets if there are any changes that arise. Covid-19 To start, we want to thank you all for your patience as we work through this time of uncertainty. Those of you that have reached out to us with your support, thank you. It means the world to us. We have received a lot of questions, and we are doing our best to put plans in place and answer your questions as soon as possible. Westcoast Academy is a small, locally-owned business with limited resources. The outreach in support from our community truly means the world to us. Those of you that have requested to donate your April member dues, please know that you are giving us a great resource to help our gym.In regard to membership dues:- We are waiving fees for anyone that would like to freeze their membership. You do not need to fill out the standard form- Upon request, we will also provide prorated refunds for the month of March- For those of you that have asked, we can also donate your membership dues to help support the gymPlease send a message on how you would like your membership dues to be processed per one or more of the options aboveAnnual memberships will be adjusted to compensate for the closureIn the event that the gyms continue to be closed in May or beyond, we will not charge your membership dues unless you email informing us that you would like to donate your dues to help our gym.During the closure we will be doing our best to answer all questions and process all requests. Staff will also be working to prepare all of our facilities for a grand reopening.Our staff and our community continues to be our number one priority, and we’re doing everything we can within the guidelines of the executive order and the CDC to support everyone.We know that the gym closures have been disappointing to many people, but we hope you understand that the health and safety of our staff and community has to come first. After careful consideration and reading through all the restrictions set forth by the State of California and the CDC. We regret to announce that we will be suspending classes for the health and safety of our members, staff, and their families effective Wednesday March 18th and resuming classes April 1st. We thought very hard on this matter but have no choice as we are working to help flatten the curve of this Pandemic the best we can. To all our members again we apologize for this, but we will continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation and let you know if anything changes.
