Project update on our transitional style home going up in Seven Oaks. This is our first time working with @cabinetsbysoperhomes and these @wellborncabinet are amazing! Alli the cabinet designer worked very hard to match the inspiration photos our client provided. Love the color choices our customer made. She has such a great eye for design, it’s been fun watching her ideas come to life. I can as not wait for the next phase of solid surface counters and tile. The staircase is a work in process also. I’ve never been so thankful to see small piles of waste. It probably seems weird to you reading this post but our lumber prices are through the roof and so it’s very important to only use up what we need. Thank you to our framing crew for paying close attention and not wasting our client’s money

Had fun playing with sidewalk chalk today! I was tasked with laying out the ceiling details on our jobsite so that the trades would know exactly where to place lights, air conditioning ducts and Firesprinklers. I love the creative side to custom home construction.

This master bath is dreamy! Do you agree? What is your favorite element? The retailers wood header above the tub? The bluestone floor? The wood windows? The encaustic tile under the tub? The leather pulls on the cabinets? The beaded chandelier or fabric wall sconces? The make up table? The Cor-Ten steel sided tower cabinets on the vanity? This project was completed 3 1/2 years ago. This homeowner was ahead of her time choosing all these elements I just loved working with her because she had such good taste and really opened my eyes to a lot of new textures. Fun stuff!!!
