Our 1st restaurant project: Cocina Del Carmen (@ 1350 E. Vista Way, suite 8 ) is coming to a close. Love the challenges our projects bring to the table. If you’re not learning, you’re not growing. Thank you Fritos Lopez of Covenant Constructors for trusting us to help bring in your project. I was talking to the owner last yesterday, and his wife is from Oaxaca Mexico. He says that her style of Mexican food is a much healthier way of cooking. She doesn’t use all the fats (lar...d) that’s traditionally used in Mexican dishes. Fritos Lopez (being Mexican himself) didn’t believe her. So, he went to one of her catering events, and taste tested all of her dishes. He was dumbfounded on how she could make these traditional Mexican dishes taste so good, without all the fat and extra calories. I guess they have a food truck that hits different spots. I know one venue they frequent weekly is Belching Beaver brewery in Oceanside. It should be open approximately 3 weeks. See more

Life’s a Beach Kitchen in Encinitas California! Thanks for the opportunity to do the electrical install for this beauty, Bernie Isaac Lopez (Kingdom Builders!) In the first picture, you’ll see no plugs on the countertop, to take away from the beautiful landscape of this three dimensional Tile. We ended up putting in the new Adorne under-cabinet system which includes, under-cabinet outlets, and lighting. Not the easiest install but sure makes it look nice!
