Did you know that our menu changes daily, weekly, and seasonally? Chef Bret creates Boulevard Bistro’s menu to reflect what foods are in season. Week by week, Chef adds and rotates new dishes onto our menu. Chef Bret also makes minor daily changes to our menu based on what he is able to receive from our local produce and meat companies.
