PURCHASING COORDINATOR POSITION - Administer and advise ownership purchasing policy and planning - Purchasing project prioritization and management - Managing purchasing information and systems, and purchasing services... - Managing purchasing staff managing suppliers, relationships, SLA's. - Effective proactive liaison with other departments as necessary to forecast, plan to meet, and to supply demand to relevant quality - Negotiating and administration of purchasing contracts - Make or buy policy analysis and decisions - Cost saving budgeting and targeting - Stock and materials management - Entry of data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments, into computer database. - Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnel. - Prepare monthly reports for cycle count and pick-lists count for monthly highlights. METAL BUILDING COMPONENT SALES POSITION - Responsible for leading and managing the market development and sales strategy for metal building component sales. - Manage inbound component orders. - Prepare quotes for customers. - Follow-up calls on customer bids.... - New customer setup (creating files, credit applications, delivery information, etc.) - Develop and maintain key contacts through referrals, networking, industry associations, and community involvement to identify new business opportunities. - Work with marketing team to develop appropriate marketing materials and content. - Works effectively and collaboratively with manufacturing departments to insure customer experience is optimized!
