Great workout this morning. Leg and booty with my BFR bands. I can't wait to see my results in 4 weeks from using the bands. The truth will be told if they work or not.

Some days getting motivated to workout is a challenge, but once you decide to get up and off your butt and do the work, your whole attitude changes for the better. You feel like you can accomplish anything that is thrown at you during the day. Love that feeling. A little food for thought when you are not feeling it.... Have a rockstar kinda day...
I missed my morning workout so I decided to do my workout this evening (kicking and screaming) I so did not want to workout, but I did and I am feeling pretty proud of myself for putting in my time. #Deducted
