Redeem your goal setting guide As you look at your goals this upcoming year the most important question to ask is who must I become to achieve these goals? ... If your goal is to lose weight who must you become? You must become a person that works out on a consistent basis. You must become a person that eats for their goals consistently. Which probably means you must become someone that meal plans and meal preps. You get it... The reason why in previous years you set goals and didn’t achieve them myself included is because you didn’t commit to becoming the person required to achieve them. Happy Monday Since majority of us are working from home now or are on vacation this week, it can be extremely easy to snack more often since we’re spending a lot more time at home. Here’s some hacks that have helped me to not over eat while being at home. ... Trust me though I know that -Watching Netflix is easier than working out. -Fast food is more convenient than meal prepping. -Scrolling through social media is easier than playing with your kids. -Eating ice cream is more fun then eating veggies. But I guarantee if you make a change TODAY you’re going to feel AMAZING You’re never going to grow if you’re always comfortable!! You seriously need to ask yourself, which do you want?
