The Groupon is for Swedish massage ONLY. I ...do not do deep tissue or prenatal massage. BUSINESS HOURS: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, NO WALK-INS By APPOINTMENT ONLY During hours of Monday-Friday 10-6 Last massage/facial appointments start at 4:30 (for 90 minute appointments) or 5 (for 60 minute appointments) CANCELLATION/ARRIVING LATE POLICY: 24 advance notice is required to allow someone else to schedule an appointment or else it is considered a NO SHOW and will result in cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the missed service which must be paid before another appointment can be made. For Groupon your voucher will be redeemed if 24 hour notice is not given. If you need to cancel an appointment it must be done via leaving a phone message or online through my booking system, where you will receive a confirmation of your cancellation. TEXTS WILL NOT be accepted for canceling appointments. Also it is important that you arrive about 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, use restroom, etc so that you can start your appointment at your appointment time.If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Out of respect and consideration to other clients please plan accordingly and arrive on time. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment is considered a no show.
