Dear boba shop fans, It was raised to our attention that our black milk tea started to taste differently. It seems that our tea leaves have been changed from our distributor without informing us. Our recipe that hasn't changed for over a year did not work with this version of the leaves (it seems to be same strain but different vendor). To resolve this, we have created a brand new recipe! Starting today all black milk tea orders will be served using the new recipe. We apologi...ze for any inconveniences and thank our loyal customers for the tips. The Boba Shop fans..we have some unfortunate news. Due to our suppliers limiting their choice of ingredients, we will soon have to remove some items from our menu. 1) Our USA fresh-made boba was what everyone raves out. We have just been notified that their factory has shut down. We will go back to using the Taiwanese boba. We have enough of the USA boba for another 4-5 days then it will be the Taiwanese boba. 2) we've found a great tasting organic green tea few months back. ...We no longer have access to this particular brand leaves and will be going to a different brand in a week or so. 3) we no longer have a supplier for quality butterfly pea tea. Our popular storm drinks will be out of stock in a week or so until we can find a new source. We apologise for the inconveniences, it deeply saddens us to announce this. We will however make the best out of it. Thank you for your continued support!

Dear boba fans, We appreciate your continued support! Our volume has returned to normal, however, we only have 1.5 staff to run the store when it used to be 2-3 people to handle this type of volume. As much as we want to hire another employee to make things much more efficient, after careful consideration, we have decided not to hire anyone new. We cannot risk increasing the chances of getting ourselves getting infected. We are currently undergoing an emergency evaluation to... plan a new strategy to possibly run the store more efficiently. Once finalized, we will announce on social media. In the mean time, know that we are doing our best to consistently get drinks rolling out in a timely matter.
