We had to say goodbye last week to our hard working employee and friend, Tony. Although we are very sad to see him go, we are also happy for him and his family to make more memories together in their new home in Idaho. You will truly be missed! Check out an email that was sent to us yesterday 8/26/20 I just want to say it has been a pleasure working with you both and thank you for making a chaotic situation for me a lot more bearable. The professionalism and responsiveness was very much appreciated. I am glad I am a State Farm client and that I used Blue Line for repair work--excellent workmanship, professional staff, and just got the job done + I am adding them to our HOA list as a rec...ommended vendor. I know we're not completely wrapped up, but wanted to say again how pleased I have been with Blue Line. Tony's project management kept things on track, staff informed, and me out of the details. I have had very different experiences in the past with other vendors, so this was refreshing! Also, a very special shout out to Alberto who somehow manages to work at a steady, fast pace and still put out quality workmanship. His work ethic is a great example of leadership and excellent customer service--he focused on the job, never wasted time, and just respected my home. I didn't work with Geraldo as much but when he was here to help Alberto, it was productive and the work moved forward. Thank you again and compliments to your team! Suzie
