Re posted from our newsletter Dear Blue Jean Acupuncture Friends, After much consideration, and with a heavy heart, I've decided to close the clinic temporarily to protect your health and safety and that of the community. We all must do our part to practice social distancing in order to slow the progression of Covid-19.... Know that I will be assessing the situation minute by minute to decide when it would be safe to re-open. When we do I will let you all know by email. If you had a previously booked appointment that was cancelled due to this shut down I will also be calling you. VERY IMPORTANT: When we do re open please help us follow some new safety protocols. 1. If you feel like you are getting sick in any way, or even are just unsure if it's allergies or a cold/flu please don't come into the clinic to avoid exposing others. We are waiving our 24 hour cancellation fee at this time. 2. If you are over the age of 60 or are immune compromised please stay home to protect yourself. 3. If you have traveled either in country or out of country to a hot spot area for covid 19 within the past 2 weeks please don't come in. 4. Please either wear loose fitting clothing that you can roll up or bring your own shorts. Since our linens are exposed to air when stored, this virus is airborne, and can live on surfaces for several days it will be safer for you to wear your own clothes for treatment. 5. We are going to be limiting the number of patients we see in a day and spacing them out as much as possible. But if you happen to see someone else in the clinic please maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from them. Thank you for your understanding at this difficult time.
