Congratulations to the Valley View High School CyberPatriot security team, known as team "Cheddar," who finished 5th place in the Southern California Cyber Cup ...Challenge finals and took home a cash prize. This competition put the top 16 cyber teams (out of 750) in Southern California against each other, from the counties of Imperial, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego counties in a very difficult, 4-hours long cyber-challenge. They challenged their knowledge of cyber security in the areas of networking, exploits, and cyber governance. Winning team members: -Efren Zamaro -Lex Kinsey -Ryan Sanchez -Jonathan Hernandez -Timothy Lor -Edgar Melendrez

Our seniors recently stirred up some major excitement about graduating in our elementary school students by participating in our annual district-wide "Inspire W...alks!" It was amazing to see our elementary schoolers get a glimpse into their future as our Class of 2019 grads from all 4 comprehensive high schools stopped by nearby schools to showcase and speak one-on-one about this incredible milestone.
