Brilliant! Edible cutlery, made from millet which uses less water to grow than corn or rice..because less plastic is fantastic! :)

It's officially official...the Blue Dot will not be reopening on Voltaire St. Laura and Amber (our awesome shop girls!) are looking for a new spot to re-open somewhere else in OB after the 1st of the year, but for now...our beloved Blue Dot Refill is closed until further notice. Thank you doesn't even begin to address how happy and grateful I feel for all your support and how many people we lit up to the idea of "Refilling all the things!!" It has been an amazing journey a...nd we have so much love for you all. Keep up your love for the Planet and your commitment to use less plastic whenever and wherever you can. When we get another refill shop up and running, you'll hear it here first! And if anyone else wants to get another shop open somewhere else outside of SD, send me a message and I'll be happy to help however I can. We know how you feel, refill lovers. Shop is still closed..it's being held up by insurance Co. issues now (shock!) Not sure how many more weeks it'll be... So many of you have reached out with encouragement and support during our closure. Thanks so much for that and We love you guys!

We got some more Blue Dot Refill love! From the US Congress, the CA State Senate and Assembly, City of San Diego, and more.. "In recognition of your devotion to reducing the amount of single-use plastic bottles in circulation and increasing sustainability efforts in Ocean Beach, CA." Too bad our little shop isn't even open to enjoy all the fuss. Wow. Thank you to everyone who's been so supportive of this little blue dream of mine :)
