Make sure to send out....Save the Date..cards at least 6 months before the big day. This way your guest can avoid making any vacation plans around your special day.

Once you have decided on the photographer you will use for your event, make sure to give him/her a list of people with whom you would like pictures taken. Maybe a pose that you like! Nothing worse than looking at pictures of your special day and realizing that grandma isn't in one of them. Yikes
