It feels great to be back after a long hiatus and do what you love the most Proud and humble to present one of my latest and favourite sculpted cake for the San Diego cake show The Swan Princess, symbolising power, freedom and elegance!! She is more than 2 feet tall and all cake and chocolate accents and my very own recipe for flexible sugar paste.
